Yes, a physical valid driver's license issued by a Caribbean country is valid in the United States. The Drivers License should be in the renter name, not expired and in good condition

Yes, Alamo, National and Enterprise do accept a Debit Card in the renter's name issued by the bank when it contain the name of the customer and is supported by VISA or Mastercad.

Debit card renter are limited to rent regular cars (Econmy thru Fullsize) and leave a $300 - $700 security deposit plus the estimated amount of the rental, depending on rental location

Our recommended rental plans include the most popular coverage when renting a car. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) and the Supplemntal Liability Protection (SLP). There will be additional OPTIONAL coverages that will be offer at time of rental such Personal and Effects Protection and Roadside Assistance (non mechanical coverage)

If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately for emergency assistance.
If there are no injuries, or after contacting emergency services, call the car rental company directly using the phone number provided on the rental agreement jacket you received at the time of rental.
If all terms and conditions of the rental agreement are met, and your rental plan includes Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), you will not be charged for damages to the rental vehicle.
A replacement vehicle after an accident is subject to approval by the local rental office management.

There is no shuttle service available from the Miami Car Rental Center to the Port of Miami.
